Production & Processing Time
All of our posters are printed to order. This means we don’t have a warehouse full of pre-printed stock; your art is created specifically for you. Posters are rolled and frames are not included. Items may ship separately.

Production Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for your poster to be printed and quality-checked.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Estimates
Once your order has been printed and packaged, it will be handed off to our shipping carriers. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Domestic (US): 3–8 business days

International: 10–20 business days (depending on customs)
Note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the posters and the destination.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your poster ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update once it has been generated.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, SERIES CHARACTERS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We want your art to arrive in pristine condition. Posters are typically shipped in reinforced triangular tubes or stay-flat mailers.

Damaged Items: If your poster arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and the packaging and contact us at info@seriescharacters.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't moved in 14 business days, please reach out so we can investigate with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has entered the production phase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
